Building software around the work it needs to do

HazırSoft is a software team working remotely from Turkey, developing custom software for businesses across the country and internationally. We start by understanding how your business works day to day: disconnected records, manual approvals, and the tasks people need to complete. Screen counts alone do not define a project. We ask where information comes from, which decisions it supports, and who is responsible for it.

We welcome project inquiries from Europe, the UK, the US, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Russia and the CIS, the Gulf, and French-speaking markets. This does not mean we have offices or local support staff in those markets. Collaboration takes place online, with meetings in English or Turkish. Written inquiries in other languages are welcome; we agree on the working language at the outset.

Products and integrations that work together

Our custom software development work covers the business rules behind bespoke admin dashboards, B2B portals, and SaaS applications. When users need to carry out tasks in the field or on the move, we consider the need for a mobile app. We work on API and system integrations so separate tools can exchange information about the same records.

The relationship between sales channels and operations can also form part of the scope. We consider ecommerce solutions alongside the workflow behind an order, and a business website alongside service information and content management. Rather than adding every service to a project, we select the parts it needs and explain why.

Making remote collaboration clear

We do not assume a shared understanding will emerge on its own. Written scope, progress reviews, and discussions about the effects of change requests help keep decisions clear. Where time zones differ, meetings are scheduled around both parties' availability. We do not promise fixed daily overlap hours or continuous availability. Making the boundaries of delivery clear

Work is done under a contract with invoices. We consider source code handover together with the setup information and project access another developer will need. Third-party products and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; we do not present those rights as ours to transfer. Rights to the code and the scope of handover need to be specified in the contract.

We define the boundaries of one year of technical support after delivery in the project agreement. New product features, third-party charges, and later changes to business rules are not automatically included. Security requirements, access arrangements, and any confidentiality agreement are discussed separately. We do not make undocumented compliance claims or guarantee outcomes.
