Our mission and vision
HazırSoft’un Türkiye ve global projelerdeki yönünü keşfedin: anlaşılır iş kuralları, devredilebilir kod ve sorumlulukları açık proje bazlı yazılım üretimi.
Our mission: turn business knowledge into usable software
HazırSoft's mission is to turn an organization's process knowledge into software people can use and future developers can understand. We want to keep the reasons for each screen, the operations that change data, and the handling of exceptions clear. Technology matters when it supports business decisions; adding a tool simply because it is new may not serve that purpose.
This approach applies to businesses throughout Turkey as well as international project owners. A European B2B sales workflow, an operational requirement in the Gulf, and an app idea for a CIS market each have different conditions. Rather than suggesting a ready-made solution based on a country name, we need to understand users' tasks and the systems their data passes through.
Our vision: software that can be handed over across borders
Our long-term aim is for custom software developed in Turkey to remain understandable, regardless of distance. As a business grows its product, changes development partners, or builds its own technical team, it should be able to trace earlier decisions. Source code handover and clear setup information are practical parts of that aim. Third-party component licenses also need to be considered when planning a handover.
We welcome inquiries from the UK and US, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, France and Belgium, Russia and the CIS, and Arab countries within a remote, project-based collaboration model. We do not promise a physical presence or meetings in each market's language. Communication in English or Turkish, written decisions, and meetings planned together form the basis of the working relationship.
How do we assess proposals?
- Scope grounded in need: A feature should not become part of the core delivery unless its contribution to a user's task can be explained. Priorities are shaped by the information the project owner provides.
- Learn from feedback: Progress reviews cover workflows and permissions as well as colors and layouts. When an assumption proves wrong, its effect on the scope needs to be discussed openly.
- Be clear about dependencies: We do not have unlimited control over external APIs, hosting services, or license terms. We do not conceal their possible effects or promise uninterrupted operation.
- Take security seriously: Access levels and data sharing should reflect actual needs. Confidentiality obligations are discussed; we do not claim unverified certifications or full regulatory compliance.
- Make acceptance measurable: Delivery needs to be assessed against agreed scenarios. Commercial success, user growth, and search rankings are not the same as technical delivery.
How our principles shape the working relationship
Work under a contract with invoices should define what is excluded as well as what will be delivered. We offer one year of technical support after delivery, distinguishing it from new development. Meeting plans account for time-zone differences; we do not promise uninterrupted availability during specified hours. We do not want an expectation that has never been discussed to become an implied commitment.
Our working approach and services show how these principles apply in practice. For a cross-border product plan, read about our project-based development model from Turkey. Include the decisions you have not yet made in your project inquiry so we can define a realistic starting scope together.
