Cookie policy

Tarayıcınızdaki kayıtların işlevlerini, analiz ve reklam seçimlerinin teknik sonucunu, çerez envanterini ve sonradan tercih değiştirme yollarını bu bölümde bulabilirsiniz.

This cookie policy explains the small records a web page can leave in your browser. Not every record produces visitor statistics. On www.hazirsoft.com, session values, preference records, and optional measurement identifiers serve different purposes. This section explains cookies and similar storage, such as localStorage/sessionStorage, by their technical functions.

Business identity and legal review

HazırSoft is the trading name used on this website. This page does not identify a registered legal entity or an address for service of notices; the trading name is not a substitute for those details. This cookie policy has not been approved by a lawyer, and the lawful bases for processing and transfers to external services have not been legally verified here. For questions, write to [email protected].

Distinguishing storage types

A cookie is a value the browser can send to the relevant domain with later network requests. localStorage is kept within the same browser profile; sessionStorage holds session-scoped records. Their presence in the browser does not describe every server-side data flow. A security check or cookieless measurement request, for example, can transmit technical information without creating a persistent identifier.

First-party means a record is kept within the context of the website you are visiting; third-party refers to other provider domains. This distinction does not replace legal review. Alongside who sets a cookie, its purpose, the information sent, and the choice that activates it need to be considered.

Which services depend on which choices?

  • Session and form security: hazirsoft_session and XSRF-TOKEN maintain the website session and help prevent forged requests. Blocking them may disrupt form submissions.
  • Cloudflare: Network security and Turnstile bot verification are necessary functions. Cookieless performance measurement is also used; not every verification needs to leave a persistent cookie.
  • Support session: When the live support window is used, a browser identifier is stored to keep the conversation available between pages. This conversation record is not created if the window is not used.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Analytics must be enabled for click, scroll, and navigation measurement. Microsoft’s advertising storage function separately follows the advertising preference.
  • Local measurement: Visitor tracking runs with analytics consent and uses a key, page, time, referring page, and device/browser information.
  • Google Analytics 4: Visit and interaction cookies may be used when analytics consent is given. Behavior before consent is addressed separately below.

For Google, denied storage does not mean no network requests

The website uses advanced Consent Mode v2. Under the current loading arrangement, a Google tag may run before consent is given. When you choose “Reject”, analytics and advertising storage values are set to denied; cookieless measurement signals may nevertheless reach Google. These signals can be used for modeling. Therefore, “no cookies are written” should not be interpreted as “no data is processed.”

Form fields that directly identify you, such as your name, email address, and phone number, are not passed to analytics tools. This restriction does not mean all technical data is anonymous. A preference passed through Consent Mode is a technical signal; it does not, on its own, satisfy the legal requirements for data processing or international transfers.

What the advertising option covers

This website does not have a separate Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or Yandex Metrica tag. The advertising category is passed to the relevant storage preferences in Google and Microsoft tools. Clarity’s advertising-related cookies on Microsoft domains may appear when analytics and advertising are both enabled; when only analytics is enabled, advertising storage remains off.

Cookie and browser storage inventory

The entries below reflect the technical inventory in the current website description. Provider updates and browser restrictions can change their behavior. These lifetimes are not retention periods for messages, newsletters, or server-side analytics records.

What happens when you withdraw consent?

Local visitor tracking stops and the local key is deleted. If Clarity has started on the open page, the page reloads to stop it fully. Save any form content you have not yet submitted before this happens. Other cookies already in your browser may not all be cleared automatically; this interface does not have full control over third-party and HttpOnly records in particular.

You can also use your browser’s site-data or privacy settings to delete records, limit third-party cookies, or block storage. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge provide these options in their settings. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on is a separate Google tool. Private browsing and tracking protection should not be regarded as guarantees that no data reaches a server.

External services and related information

Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare infrastructure may process data outside Turkey. Google Fonts requests on legacy login/password screens also connect to an external provider. Contact and AI channels are separate from measurement categories; see the privacy policy for those flows. The Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK) (in Turkish) covers lawful bases and data-subject rights under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law. For ongoing transfers to an external service, cookie consent cannot replace the assessment required under Article 9 of the KVKK.

For Microsoft’s technical explanation, see the Clarity cookie documentation. This inventory needs review as tools change. If you have trouble managing records, tell us which browser you use through the contact page. Content revised: October 7, 2026.
