Request a quote
A useful quote starts with understanding your business
Request a software development quote for a business anywhere in Turkey or overseas. Our remote project model is available to companies in the UK, US, Ireland and EU, as well as businesses in the DACH region, Gulf and Arab markets, Russia and the CIS, and French-speaking markets. If you need a new interface or operations tool, describe what you want to change so we can define the deliverables and responsibilities. Include your country, time zone, and preference for an English or Turkish meeting.
How does the process work?
- 1
Complete the form
Describe how you work today, the problem you face, and the result you want. Include your existing website or application URL if you have one. When sharing an example, explain which feature you want so we can understand the scope correctly.
- 2
We clarify your requirements
We discuss which parts of your request can stand alone and which depend on one another. If decisions about data sources, users, or content responsibilities are missing, we clarify them in a short online meeting in English or Turkish.
- 3
Review a written proposal and project plan
We provide a proposal that separates the deliverables from out-of-scope work. The cost, payment stages, and scheduling assumptions are explained against that list. We do not move into implementation before your questions are answered.
- Requesting a quote does not authorize a purchase
- Unresolved decisions are discussed before implementation
- Business and development responsibilities are defined separately
- You do not need to share sensitive records in your first message
FAQs
About the Quoting Process
Can I leave the budget field blank?
Budget information is optional. If you have a range in mind, sharing it helps us explore different scope options. If you have not decided yet, we start by defining the core work. Providing an estimated budget does not mean you have placed an order for that amount or accepted a proposal.
Why might you ask more questions after my first message?
Requirements that look similar can involve different work. Displaying a list of records, for example, is not the same as managing an approval history. Our questions clarify user roles, data sources, and the behavior expected at delivery. If information is missing, we work through it with you rather than presenting proposal assumptions as settled facts.
How are third-party service costs handled?
External services such as domains, hosting, payment providers, and paid APIs need to be separated from development work. Once a provider is identified, we discuss account ownership, setup responsibilities, and ongoing costs. Including a task in the proposal does not mean all related third-party fees are included too; the written proposal explains that distinction.
Which idea should I describe if I have several?
Put your main goal first and list other ideas as later requirements. It helps to distinguish the idea that solves your current problem from one that introduces a new use case. Not every idea discussed in a meeting needs to belong to the same delivery scope. The first purpose of the proposal is to establish a workable boundary.
